SSPEI/SSNS is offering a Level 1 course prior to the PEI competition and it is open to any member of the Atlantic Speed Skating Community who is helping with officiating this season. Course conductor will be Brent Thompson (SSC Referee 3B ST / 3A LT).

The Level 1 Officials Clinic is designed for any participant.  Learn about the role of each official and what that official position does within a competition. Completion of this clinic and practicum requirements will allow the participant to apply for Level 1 Certification. 

The course is ideal for new speed skating parents or any volunteer looking to start helping their club with officiating.

The course will be on-line via Zoom from 7pm to 9pm this Wednesday November 8th. The course is free of charge and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

SSC/SSNB sanctioned event

Registration open !

Open to all eligible skaters and will feature ability-based racing on the 85m, 100m and 111m tracks.

The racing will take place on the Olympic sized ice surface at the Grant Harvey Centre located at 600 Knowledge Park Drive in Fredericton. 

REGISTRATION CLOSES NOVEMBER 15th AT 10:00PM. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS
