38^thAnnual Harold Joyce Short Track Speed Skating Championship November 23 – 24, 2024

Grant Harvey Centre, Fredericton, NB

The Fredericton Amateur Speed Skating Club invites all skaters to the annual Harold Joyce Short Track Speed Skating Championships. The meet is open to all skaters and will feature ability class races (i.e. mixed ages depending on speed), skating on the 85m, 100m and 111m tracks. The racing will take place on the Olympic sized ice surface at the Grant Harvey Centre located at 600 Knowledge Park Drive in Fredericton.

Registration: Registration is now open and will close November 13, 2024 through IceReg (REGISTER HERE). Registration for this 2-day event is $80.

October 26th & 27th, 2024

Speed Skating PEI invites you to the 2024 Atlantic Cup Speed Skating Championships at the Eliyahu Wellness Centre, on October 26th & 27th. We’re very excited to be hosting our 32nd Atlantic Cup, returning for the second time in a row to North Rustico’s brand new venue that was home to the 2023 Canada Winter Games.

Online registration will open October 12th! Register anytime after 4 PM.

Registration deadline: Thursday, October 17th at 11 AM.

The Atlantic Cup is an ability based meet, with skating on the 85, 100 and 111 m tracks. Special Olympics division and possibly a Masters’ division if registration numbers permit. It will be an exciting event for all skaters and their families, with competitors from far and wide! We want you to be part of it.

The host hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites in Charlottetown, which offers a standard room for $179 per night with hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free parking included.
